Who we are

The Triumph Church Shop is run by Triumph Church Beaumont Inc., 10255 Eastex Fwy, Beaumont, TX (“we”).

While you browse

• There are no accounts, and no advertising or analytics trackers.
• Your bag is kept in your own browser’s storage on your device, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data empties it.
• The shop is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.

When you check out

Payments are run by Square, our payment processor. On our checkout page you give your name, email and phone number; your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay details go straight to Square in its secure fields. Square handles them under its own privacy notice; we never see or store your full card number.

Your order is kept in the church’s Square account, with what you need to fill it: what you bought, your name, email and phone number, and the payment status.

We also keep our own copy of each paid order, with the same details, in private storage at Vercel (Vercel Blob), so no order is lost if Square can’t be reached. Your order confirmation email is sent through Resend, our email provider.

How we use it

Only to make your order, hand it over at pickup, contact you about it, and handle any refund. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing.

The people who run the shop for the church can see orders. Volunteers at the pickup table see only orders waiting to be collected and those collected that day: your name, order number and what you ordered. They can find an order by your email, but never see your phone number.

How long we keep it

We delete our copies of order records automatically once they’re 3 years old: 3 years after the order, or after its last update if that was later (such as a resent confirmation email). Square keeps its own record of the order and payment, which the church keeps for its accounting, under Square’s privacy notice.
